Development Of Tanyang Tea Industry In Fu'an Research On The Optimization Mechanism Of Supporting Policies Public Policy Research

Tanyang tea industry is the core brand industry of tea industry in Fu'an City and one of the important people's livelihood industries in Fu'an City.This paper takes Tanyang tea industry in Fu'an City as the research basis,and the supporting policies of tea industry in Fu'an City as the main research object.Through the questionnaire survey,the basic situation of the implementation of Tanyang tea industry policies in Fu'an City is mastered,and the public of Tanyang tea industry in Fu'an City is analyzed by the normative analysis method The mechanism and elements of supporting policy are analyzed in a framework.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward six suggestions for policy improvement in the aspects of financial support,market services,business services,financial services,human resources and other measures.This paper reviews the development of public policy of tea industry in Fu'an City in recent ten years,and finds that in different periods,the government will shift the focus of policy in response to the problems existing in the tea industry,from the regulation of drug use to the adjustment of tea variety structure,then to the adjustment of supporting measures such as industrial agglomeration,the development of tea industry extension chain,which shows that the supporting policies implemented by Fu'an city government are phased and targeted.At the same time,it summarizes the public policies of the superior departments to promote the development of tea industry and the Research Report of Fuan Tanyang tea,and concludes that there are some problems in the industrial policies of Fuan Tanyang tea,such as the imperfect financial management and support system,the lagging construction of market service system,the inadequate suggestions of industrial and commercial service policies,the high risk of tea industry,the few financial support policies,the low quality of the staff and the talent reserve In addition,the paper divides the public support policy into the above six market economy factors,explains the causes and importance of these problems from the mechanism,and finally proposes to standardize and improve theconstruction of Tanyang tea industry market system,strengthen the functions and supervision of the industrial and commercial departments,improve capital management and establish special finance The policy improvement suggestions for promoting the development of Fuan Tanyang tea industry include the political support system,innovation of financial insurance mode and loan diversification,broadening the channels of tea technology talents,training of personnel in the bank,and coordinated development of brand and tea culture.
