With the rapid development of financial science and technology,and the innovation of financial payment instruments in recent years,people's payment habits have changed.The traditional cash payment has the disadvantages of poor convenience and high cost,and the third-party payment just makes up for this problem.The rapid rise of the third-party payment enterprises has led to the vigorous development of the third-party payment business.Because of the overlap between the third-party payment business and the traditional banking business,commercial banks are faced with an urgent challenge,especially for small and medium-sized commercial banks,which are far less than large state-owned commercial banks in terms of business volume,so they need more Take effective countermeasures.Based on the literature review of the impact of third-party payment on commercial banks at home and abroad,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between third-party payment and commercial banks' intermediary business by analyzing the relevant theories of the impact of third-party payment on commercial banks,using the relevant data of commercial banks' intermediary business,mobile payment and yu'ebao from 2011 to 2017,and using the regression analysis method This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for small and medium-sized commercial banks to cope with the wide development and coverage of the third-party payment,strengthen the cooperation with the third-party payment,purchase and control the third-party payment.In response to the rapid development of financial technology,small and medium-sized commercial banks have certain theoretical significance and reference value.The innovation of this paper is as follows: first,it is the innovation of research perspective.At present,most scholars study the overall relationship between financial technology and commercial banks,while this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of third-party payment on the intermediary business of small and medium-sized commercial banks,with some new ideas from the perspective of research.Second,the research method has new ideas.This paper selects mobile payment and yu'ebao as the representatives of the third-party payment to make regression analysis on the impact of the intermediary business of small and medium-sized commercial banks,and has new ideas in the selection of data and indicators.
