After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has been rapidly improved,and people's living standards have also been significantly improved.Abundant food and clothing is no longer the pursuit of people's life,but the spiritual needs.Therefore,in recent years,tourism products and related services have developed rapidly.On the one hand,in order to promote the development of economy,culture and environment,the state vigorously supports tourism;on the other hand,the upgrading of national living standard has changed from quantitative change to qualitative change.Under this background,tourism has become the most potential sunrise enterprise.However,the development of tourism needs sufficient funds as a backstop.With the support of funds,tourism industry can make the best use of capital in combination with relevant national policies.Moreover,the state has always regarded supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as an important work.Since the reform and opening up,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises have encountered financing difficulties,and this situation has lasted for more than 40 years.These enterprises have a single financing channel and mainly rely on banks.In the new era,the service industry is the service object of the bank's key development,including the tourism industry.Although the tourism industry develops relatively late,it can not get rid of the bad luck of financing difficulties.Tourism industry has its own financing needs and characteristics.Therefore,banks should treat it differently and innovate credit products suitable for the development of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises.This paper studies the innovation of credit products of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises by means of data collection,combination of theory and practice and comparison.From the perspective of financial innovation,this paper aims to analyze the financing needs and characteristics of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises,the current situation of credit product innovation,and the innovation framework and guarantee mechanism of credit products of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises.This paper starts from five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly describes the research background and significance,research ideas,methods and innovation and shortcomings of this paper;the second part is the research status at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical basis of credit product innovation;the third part mainly analyzes the current situation of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise credit products,including the creation of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise credit products The fourth part is the key part of the paper,which mainly includes the innovation analysis framework of credit products of small and medium-sized enterprises in tourism industry,including the innovation characteristics of credit products of small and medium-sized enterprises and the implementation of RAROC pricing model The fifth part is also the core part of the paper,and expounds the construction of effective guarantee mechanism for the credit product innovation of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises,including improving the internal innovation mechanism and construction The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
