The Relationship Between Enterprise Information Technology,Dynamic Capabilities And Innovation Performance

With the development of 5G networks,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and other new technologies and new business formats,society has begun to enter the era of pan-intelligence.In the era of pan-intelligence,the external environment on which companies depend has become more uncertain,complex,ambiguous,and volatile.The dynamic nature of the environment has brought opportunities and threats to enterprises.The competition between enterprises has intensified,and the survival and development of enterprises are facing major challenges.The rapid changes in technology and the rapid development of the economy make it necessary for enterprises to make rapid changes in a dynamic environment to improve their innovation capabilities in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages.The ability of an enterprise to respond to the rapidly changing external environment in a timely manner and coordinate the integration of internal and external resources and capabilities of the enterprise is particularly important for the enterprise.In the era of pan-intelligence,information technology has become an important strategic resource for enterprises.The application of next-generation information technologies will promote further informationization and upgrading of enterprises.To enable enterprises to quickly coordinate the integration of resources and capabilities according to changes in the external environment,improve the dynamic capabilities of the enterprise,and then improve the innovation performance of the enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantages.Based on the perspective of environmental dynamics,this paper uses dynamic capabilities as mediating variables to build a research framework on the relationship between enterprise information technology and innovation performance,and collects enterprise samples through questionnaire surveys for empirical analysis.The research results show that: corporate information technology has a positive impact on dynamic capabilities and innovation performance;dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on innovation performance;dynamic capabilities play an intermediary role in the impact of corporate information technology on innovation performance;and environmental dynamics are positively regulated The relationship between enterprise information technology and innovation performance,dynamic capabilities and innovation performance.The research in this article is an in-depth discussion of the relationshipbetween enterprise information technology and innovation performance,which is not only of theoretical significance,but also of guiding significance for enterprises to use information technology and dynamic capabilities to improve innovation performance.
