Empirical Research For The Impact Of Technology-innovation Dynamic Capability On The Enterprises Performance

Enterprise, the "cell" of national economy, is the entity of achieving "innovation-driven development strategy," and its technological-innovation dynamic capability level is the key to achieve "innovation-driven development strategy". However, the overall level of technological innovation of Chinese enterprises is relatively low, and how to enhance the level of technological innovation dynamic capabilities has thus become an important issue under discussion. During the era of "Industry 4.0", innovation has become the most valuable resource, and actively carrying out technological innovation has not only become an important source of obtaining competitive advantages for enterprises, but also the main way of enhancing technological-innovation dynamic capabilities. Economic globalization makes the impact of changes in the environment on enterprises become factors that can not be ignored. Therefore, this paper takes technological-dynamic innovation capability and enterprise performance as the research object, and the effect of technological-innovation dynamic capabilities of enterprises on firm performance as well as the environmental dynamism as the moderator of the relationship between the two is then analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures on the improvement of enterprise performance promoted by technological-innovation dynamic capability are thus proposed.In this paper, the impact of technological-innovation dynamic capabilities on enterprise performance is researched both theoretically and empirically. First, technological-innovation dynamic capability, enterprise performance and environmental dynamism will be deeply analyzed from the theoretical aspect, and the relevant concepts and the division of dimension will be then analyzed and resolved. Second, on the basis of the relevant concepts, the impact on the two dimensions of enterprise performance which is imposed by the three dimensions of technological-innovation dynamic capabilities will get an analysis. Meanwhile,how the environmental dynamism affect and moderate the relationship between these two will be also analyzed. By this, the modeling assumption which includes the impact on the enterprise performance imposed by technological innovation dynamic capabilities and the moderation of environmental dynamism will be established. Third,a relatively all-round measurement index system whose reliability and validity will be then tested by Cronbach'sa coefficient method,KMO and Bartlett sphere, will be established. On this basis, the correlation among variables will be analyzed. What's more, the empirical research on the impact of technological innovation dynamic capability on the enterprise performance will be conducted through the multivariate regression analysis, and the verification and analysis on the moderating effect of environmental dynamism will be carried out by the way of hierarchical linear regression.After that, the empirical results will be analyzed. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, relative countermeasures on how technological innovation dynamic capability improve the enterprise performance will be proposed combining with the current situation of Chinese enterprises.
