With the implementation of China's “broadband China “strategy,the application of the “Internet Plus” has been expanding,which leads the profits of operator's traditional voice and SMS business to decline,urges operators to explore new revenue growth points and strengthen the development of basic network services represented by the Internet and private sector networks.In the current increasingly fierce competition situation of the group's dual line market,as the main line product of China Unicom Group's fixed network business,how to rapidly develop the dual line business of LT group has become an urgent task.In this thesis,based on the development status of LT group's dual line business,on the one hand,we analyze the external macro environment of LT group's dual line business from politics,economy,society and technology of by PEST analysis method,on the other hand,we use Porter's five force model to analyze the competition situation of LT group's dual line business,and put forward the differentiated competition strategy of LT group's dual line business.The product characteristics,network characteristics and development of LT group's dual line business are described.The existing problems in the development of LT group's dual line business and the causes are discussed,From the perspective of product operation differentiation,marketing differentiation,operation and maintenance support differentiation,and customer complaint service differentiation,the competitive strategies of LT group's dual line business and the implementation measures are put forward.The research results provide effective guidance for the development of dual line business of LT group,enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development level of LT group's dual line business,and provide reference for similar companies to develop dual line business.
