In the current information society,the software industry has gradually developed into a strategic pillar industry,promoting the development of the national economy.And the application software in the structure of the software industry is relatively high,especially in the university education information industry,education is the basis of the country,the country in the education information investment will be greater.As one of the national key planning and layout software enterprises,JZ education company has been deeply cultivated in the university education information industry,and is currently the leading enterprise in the education information industry.In recent years,because of the strong support of the policy,at the same time,the technical barriers of the information software industry in colleges and universities are not too high,and they have considerable profit space.More and more mature Internet enterprises and new start-ups have joined the industry,which has intensified the competition of the industry.The market share of the company is being eroded step by step,and the advantages in this field are gradually decreasing.Therefore,it is necessary to study the competitive strategy of the company in the current environment in order to maintain the growth trend of the enterprise and establish a sustainable competitive advantage in the industry.This paper takes the JZ education company as the research object,follows the strategic management process theory,in the strategic analysis stage,first uses the PEST model,from the policy,the economy,the society,the technology and so on aspect has made the analysis to this company's macro environment,has obtained the present policy environment strong support,the domestic economy stable growth,the higher education audience group increasingly wide,the technical ability maturity and so on positive influence factor.Then the five-force analysis model is used to analyze the industry in which the company is located,and the influencing factors such as the different bargaining power of the company to different users,the strong entry ability of potential competitors,the high threat of competitors are obtained.Then the core competence analysis model is used to analyze the technology,customer and brand of the company,and the factors such as rich technology accumulation,sufficient customer resources and strong brand effect are obtained.Finally,using the value chain model to analyze the company's product R & D,sales,implementation and service,found the enterprise R & D investment,sales ability,implementation and after-sale standardization and other factors.According to the analysis results of the above strategic analysis stage,the SWOT model is used to make a combination match for all kinds of analysis influencing factors,and finally the differentiated competition strategy is selected as the competition strategy of the company at the present stage.And put forward the design of the implementation measures of differentiation strategy from four aspects: building differentiated product ability,providing differentiated service,building differentiated operation mode and differentiated brand image.Finally,from the organizational structure guarantee,the talent support guarantee,the fund guarantee and so on aspect proposed the safeguard measure to the strategy implementation.Ensure that competitive strategies are effectively implemented.
