Home textile industry is rising and growing with the pace of reform and opening up,especially since the 21 st century,home textile industry diversified growth trend and constant growth,changing consumer demand,incessant stimulation,promote its rapid development.As a well-known home textile industry agglomeration area in China,Haimen has developed from small to large in the past 40 years,from small to large in quantity,weak to strong in strength,forming a complete industrial chain,with an annual market turnover of more than 100 billion yuan.However,in the process of rapid development,some problems have been accumulated and left behind,such as the product brand is not ringing,the leading enterprises are not strong,the innovation integration is not enough,and copying is becoming the trend.low-priced vicious competition,etc.Under the requirement of high quality development,these problems not only affect the development environment of home textile industry,but also hinder the pace of fine strengthening and transformation and upgrading of home textile enterprises.How to make use of the thick industrial foundation,through 5-10 years' development,to improve the product quality,to enhance the brand benefit,to let the superiority of the Haimen home textile industry turn into the home textile enterprise's victory,is worth our deep thinking.This paper takes K Home Textile Company as the research object,through the use of strategic management related theory knowledge,field investigation,questionnaire survey and literature review and other research methods,for K home textile company to formulate the development strategy?design the implementation strategy and plan the implementation guarantee.First of all,fully understand the development situation of K Home Textile Company,focus on the analysis of the organizational structure,human resources,marketing status and financial situation of the company,on the basis of this,through the form of questionnaires to study the internal environment of K Home Textile Company.Secondly,use PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model to evaluate the external environment of enterprises,to find out the opportunities and threats in the external environment.Again,through SWOT analysis,match Internal and external factors,put forward a possible suitable for K home textile company development strategy.Finally,according to the enterprise development goals to formulate specific strategic plans,and put forward specific implementation strategies and safeguards.To study and formulate a development strategy is of great significance to the future development of K Home Textile Company.At the same time,it also provides a certain reference and reference for the family textile enterprises with similar scale,comparable production capacity and similar strength,which have the development potential and will.Promote the enterprises to grasp the strategic position accurately,stimulate the internal advantages,seize the external opportunities,guide the situation,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve high-quality development.
