According to the trend of economic development in the past two centuries,in the development process of all countries,economic industrialization has become the only way to go.It is also the only way for economic globalization to catch up with the global economic trend.Since the second industrial revolution,manufacturing industry is the main driving force of global economic growth.Manufacturing industry injects economic development into all countries Unprecedented power,and in the information industry developed today,is still one of the major economic contribution industries in China’s rapid economic growth,and the most fundamental indicator to measure the development level of a manufacturing industry is total factor productivity(TFP).Therefore,in this context,this paper will take h enterprise as the research object,the selection of TFP measurement indicators,the construction of models The application of the model is studied deeply.In this paper,based on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad,the Three-stage DEA Malmquist model is applied to the study of total factor productivity of manufacturing industry by using the method of qualitative and quantitative combination.The total factor productivity(TFP)index system is constructed by selecting asset stock,number of managers,staff training cost as input index,net profit as output index,market feedback rate,government support and GDP per capita as environmental variables.In the first stage of this paper,traditional DEA model is established to analyze the static technical efficiency and its decomposition of H enterprise from 2000 to 2018;Malmquist index model is established to analyze the change of total factor productivity of H enterprise;in the second stage,stochastic frontier model is established.In this stage,the input slack variables in the first stage are taken as the research object to eliminate the influence of management inefficiency,environmental effect and stochastic disturbance In the third stage,the traditional DEA model is still used to calculate the adjusted input variables,and the static technical efficiency and total factor productivity are obtained.Through the analysis of the results of the third stage,it is found that the average value of total factor productivity of H enterprise is greater than 1,that is,the total factor productivity is in a positive growth state as a whole.By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of the first stage and the third stage of the model,it is found that the results of the third stage are more accurate,and environmental factors have a negative impact on the production and operation of H enterprise in most of the time,that is,environmental factors lead to the decline of TFP.Therefore,H enterprise needs to deal with the impact of environmental factors on its operation and production,improve the market praise rate,strengthen the cooperation with the government,obtain the policy support of the government,form a good chemical reaction with the government’s policy,and stimulate the local economic development.
