Research On Risk Control And Prevention Of P2P Enterprises

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet information technology,followed by the rise of a large number of P2P network lending platform and website.P2P lending is a new way of financing through the P2P network platform.It can meet the investment and financing needs of small and medium-sized micro enterprises and the public,it is an important force in developing inclusive finance,supporting small and micro enterprises,and developing the real economy.However,due to the loopholes in supervision and the irregular operation of the platform,the phenomenon of the lender being cheated and the platform exploding mines occurred frequently,which involved a large number of people and a huge amount of money,and seriously affected the social public interests.From the perspective of platform,this paper analyzes the reasons for the risks,the measures to control the risks and the risks that may still exist by taking Yirendai Co.Ltd.as an example,finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to control the risk from the point of view of controlling the causes of risk.Most of the existing studies have put forward broad recommendations on risk control from the perspective of different risk control subjects,and have not conducted in-depth studies on the causes of risks,concrete implementable measures,and measures that can be implemented,and the risk control measures are mostly from the perspective of the State,audit and other third parties,from the platform's own point of view should be how to control the risks faced by enterprises have not been in-depth study.This paper,based on the Information asymmetry theory and risk control theory,combines theory with practice,taking Yirendai Co.Ltd.as an example,through combing its operating mechanism,analyzing its risk causes,and analyzing the concrete measures taken by Yirendai Co.Ltd.to control risks,based on the causes of risk and measures taken by company to control risks analyzing hidden dangers of the company and put forward the corresponding recommendations.It is hoped that this paper can provide a feasible reference for Chinese P2P enterprises in risk control and contribute to the healthy and orderly development of Chinese P2P industry.
