| In recent years,the food and beverage delivery industry has experienced rapid development,and " takeaway" has become one of the essential lifestyles of modern people.With the rise of the "Internet +" concept,the food delivery industry has also achieved a perfect combination with the Internet.After several years of market development,competition in the food delivery O2 O market is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,the focus of the food and beverage delivery industry is also changing quietly.A few years ago,consumers only paid attention to the price level.Nowadays,consumers value the consumer experience at the same time.For consumers,not only the price need to be reasonable,but also the delivery efficiency and quality are important;for the takeaway platform,it is necessary to control the delivery cost and improve the delivery service level as much as possible.This issue is the focus of current research.This article first compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the main distribution models currently sold abroad and the organic combination of multiple delivery methods by the catering takeaway platform.On this basis,this article proposes a distribution level evaluation system,which can be used to quantitatively and specifically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the distribution process.Secondly,this article analyzes the catering takeaway O2 O platform under the synergy of using multiple delivery modes to make the platform’s distribution cost expenditure and delivery service level reach a satisfactory equilibrium point.Therefore,this paper proposes a generalized cost optimization model for catering takeaway platforms.Finally,the generalized cost optimization model of food delivery and delivery in this article is applied to two examples of market segments in the food delivery industry,and MATLAB programs are written to simulate how the platform should allocate different delivery modes under different market characteristics to reach the equilibrium point of generalized cost. |
