With the rapid development of China’s financial industry,especially Internet finance,the living standards and national income of the Chinese people have steadily increased,the scale of consumption of residents has further expanded,and the consumption structure has been gradually upgraded.These factors are all about the consumption patterns and consumption concepts of the people.Have a lasting impact.As the hotspot products of current financial institutions,consumer credit has expanded its market scale.Since 2017,P2 P violent incidents have occurred from time to time.The financial industry has paid more and more attention to the issue of consumer credit risk management,and the problems arising from the credit risk system have gradually emerged.M Bank Beijing Branch was established at the end of the last century.Only in2014,the consumer credit business was officially launched.Due to the high income,M Bank Beijing Branch actively expanded the market and vigorously developed the consumer credit business,but the problem of consumer credit risk management has become increasingly apparent.First of all,introduce the research background,significance,research theory at home and abroad as well as the research content and methods of this paper.Secondly,it introduces from three aspects,firstly introduces the risks and credit business risks,the meaning,type and harm of consumer credit.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basis of the paper,including information asymmetry theory,credit fragility theory and Expected income theory;Finally,the evaluation methods of personal consumption credit are introduced from three aspects: FICO credit scoring method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process,and the experience and practice of international consumer credit risk management are expounded.Thirdly,on the basis of introducing the basic situation of M Bank Beijing Branch,the issues of consumer credit product categories,processing procedures and consumer credit of M Bank Beijing Branch are elaborated.Fourth,M Bank Beijing Branch’s consumer credit risk assessment.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the personal credit evaluation model of consumer credit of M Bank Beijing Branch was constructed,and the consumer credit risk of M Bank Beijing Branch was comprehensivelyevaluated.Fifth,bank M Beijing Branch consumer credit risk prevention countermeasures.Combined with the existing problems of consumption credit in Beijing Branch of bank M,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for risk management of consumption credit in Beijing Branch of bank M.
