In recent years,the consumption level of Chinese residents has been rising,and the catering industry has achieved a sustained and stable growth,but the catering material supply industry still maintains the traditional extensive distribution mode.Under the impact of the new crown epidemic,the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the food and beverage supply chain has become a necessary condition for the future high-quality development of the catering industry,and urban distribution,as the end of the supply chain,is the key to ensure customer experience and control operating costs.The B2 B food and beverage materials business platform has created a horizontal integrated catering food supply chain by using the "Internet plus food supply" mode.However,facing the characteristics of city food distribution,such as small batch,multi batch,strong volatility and high time requirement,the problem of large distribution service scope,unreasonable resource planning and low efficiency of manual dispatching of distribution lines city has been highlighted.Therefore,this paper designs the B2 B e-commerce platform for catering materials city distribution resource allocation method and improves the distribution management level,which is of great significance for improving customer satisfaction and building the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on a large number of data analysis and on-site investigation,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and systematic study on the allocation of urban distribution resources of B2 B e-commerce platform for catering materials from the following aspects:(1)Starting from the development status of catering industry,catering material supply industry and B2 B catering material e-commerce platform in China,this paper analyzes the urban distribution characteristics of B2 B catering material e-commerce platform,combs the urban distribution mode and distribution process,expounds the existing problems and the necessity of urban distribution resource allocation.(2)This paper puts forward the method of city distribution area division which is suitable for B2 B e-commerce platform of food materials.The distribution point clustering method is formed by improving the nearest neighbor propagation clustering algorithm.The boundary merging process of distribution area is designed.The ownership problem of new points in distribution area is solved.The order distribution heat map drawing method is proposed to realize the visual management of distribution order data in any period in each distribution area.(3)The model and algorithm of urban distribution and transportation resource allocation of B2 B e-commerce platform for catering materials are designed.Based on the analysis of the demand for urban distribution operation of B2 B e-commerce platform for catering materials,this paper constructs a long-term,multi decision variable,multi-dimensional constrained bilevel planning of urban distribution and transportation resources allocation with the objective of minimizing the comprehensive distribution cost,the upper level model of each type of distribution vehicle planning in the distribution area,and the lower level model of daily distribution route planning and vehicle assignment in each distribution area Model.A genetic simulated annealing algorithm is designed for solving the bilevel programming model and the basic operator is improved.The algorithm is combined with Google AI operational research solver to give full play to the efficiency advantage of artificial intelligence in solving the classic VRP Problem and improve the solution speed and effect.(4)The feasibility and effectiveness of B2 B e-commerce platform for food and beverage distribution resources allocation in cities are verified by examples.Taking a distribution center of K enterprise as an example,this paper divides the urban distribution area,draws the order distribution heat map of the distribution center,and formulates the distribution plan of transportation resources.Compared with the actual distribution scheme,the comprehensive distribution cost is reduced by 3.47%,and the annual distribution cost is expected to be saved about 360000 yuan.Further optimization measures are proposed from three aspects: order monitoring management,distribution performance evaluation and real-time optimization of resources.There are 35 figures,7 tables and 95 references.
