Research On The Boundary Conditions Of The Relationship Between Environmental Social Responsibility And Enterprise Performance Based On Meta-analysis

With With the continuous economic and social progress and the constant highlight of ecological and environmental problems,environmental and social responsibility,as an important content of enterprise management,has become increasingly prominent in the realization and promotion of enterprise performance.The research on the relationship between environmental social responsibility and corporate performance is increasingly concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Empirical research on the relationship between the two has accumulated a large number of research results.However,due to the differences in research scenarios and sample characteristics of different scholars,the relationship between environmental social responsibility and corporate performance has not yet reached a consistent conclusion,and the meta-analysis method is a research method for re-statistical analysis of previous empirical research conclusions,which can be effective Eliminate publication bias between different studies and identify potential moderating variables.This study uses meta-analysis to study the relationship between environmental and social responsibility and corporate performance.Taking domestic and international empirical research on the relationship between the two as the research object,collecting,screening,coding and data analysis of sample literature,expecting the relationship between the two Carry out further exploration,provide reference for future scholars to carry out relevant research,and at the same time,provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to implement environmental and social responsibility strategies and performance improvement.In this study,through the retrieval and collection of relevant databases at home and abroad,54 empirical studies on the relationship between corporate environmental social responsibility and corporate performance were screened from well-known domestic and foreign journals and dissertations.A total of 19,790 samples were analyzed as meta-analysis samples.By sorting and analyzing the sample literature,the main content of this study is determined,that is,firstly,the relationship between corporate environmental and social responsibility and corporate performance is studied,and secondly,the boundary conditions of the relationship between the two levels are studied from the three levels of national level,industry level and corporate level.the study.Among them,the boundary conditions at the national level include the national innovation capability and cultural background,and the cultural background starts from the four dimensions of uncertainty avoidance,power distance,feminism/maleism,individualism/collectivism;the boundary conditions at the corporate level include corporate financial leverage and corporate Growth.The results of this study show that there is a significant positive relationship between environmental social responsibility and corporate performance.National innovation capabilities,cultural background,industry,corporate financial leverage,and corporate growth have varying degrees of regulation on the relationship between the two.The relationship between national innovation capability,collectivism,financial leverage and positive growth regulation of enterprises;there is a stronger positive relationship in non-heavy pollution industries;the regulatory effect of power distance,uncertainty avoidance,feminism/maleism is not significant.Finally,the research results are analyzed and discussed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
