Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago,my country's foreign international economic and trade has developed rapidly, and export trade has become an important support and driving force for China's economic and social development. At the same time, the independent innovation capabilities of Chinese companies are constantly improving. For now, although my country is a big exporter,it is not an innovative power. In recent years, scholars have also been studying how to enhance my country's innovation ability to maintain sustained and stable economic growth.Due to the development of new and new trade theories, more and more studies are now focusing on exploring international trade theories from a micro perspective. This article takes listed companies as the research object, mainly adopts the theoretical analysis method and empirical analysis method to discuss these contents: how does the company's export trade affect its innovation activities, and how the heterogeneous factors affect the company's innovation behavior. This paper first analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad, combs the measurement indicators of company innovation, the theory of enterprise heterogeneity, and the mechanism of export's influence on the company's innovation behavior, and puts forward some theoretical assumptions; The micro-enterprise data is used as a sample, and the Probit binary selection model is used to empirically test the impact of export behavior and corporate heterogeneity on corporate innovation. This article draws these conclusions: the company's participation in exports has a positive effect on the company's innovation activities;the capital intensity and the company's innovation activities are significantly positively correlated, that is,companies with higher capital intensity are more inclined to choose to participate in innovation activities; The company's human capital level and company's size have a positive effect on its innovation activities;the asset-liability ratio level has a restraining effect on the company's innovation activities.Companies with higher asset-liability ratios are less inclined to choose innovation.Further,in order to study the impact of export enterprises' regional heterogeneity, ownership type heterogeneity, and industry heterogeneity on innovation capacity, this paper uses sub-sample method to carry out empirical regression by region, ownership type, and industry. The empirical results show that exports have the least positive impact on the innovation activities of companies in the western region, and have a greater role inpromoting the innovation of enterprises in the eastern region and enterprises in the central region;compared with private enterprises, exports have a greater role in promoting the innovation of state-owned enterprises;exports Significantly promoted the company's innovation in high-tech and high-tech industries, and the higher the company's technical level, the more significant the role of exports in promoting the company's innovation activities. Finally, based on the empirical results, specific policy recommendations are made.
