Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly's Willingness To Provide For The Aged In Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Supply Side

After entering the 20 th century,the aging population is becoming more and more serious,and it is increasingly urgent to solve the problem of elderly care.With the increase of the elderly population,the pension problem has become the focus of the society.As China is a large agricultural country,the problem of rural pension is also facing many difficulties.With the aging of population,the influx of young labor force into the city,and the miniaturization of family structure,the function of traditional family pension model is shrinking.But nowadays,the old people's willingness to provide for the aged in rural areas is to hope that their families can undertake their own services for the aged,which undoubtedly brings huge risks to the old people's pension security,and also puts forward new requirements for the pension service industry.The supply side structural reform provides a new development idea for the development of rural pension in China.Supply side reform starts from promoting supply quality and strengthening system supply.The premise of institutional supply is to speed up the transformation of government functions,straighten out the relationship between the government and the market,reduce the government's direct control over the market including factor prices,improve factor supply,and form a price system determined by market supply and demand.At the system level,to strengthen the supply side structural reform of pension services is to relax the government's control of pension services,break monopoly,increase multi supply,and accelerate the transformation of government behavior from production-oriented to service-oriented.At present,the contradiction of providing for the aged is that the demand for the aged of the elderly group is growing constantly,while the supply of family providing for the aged is obviously weakened,but other government,society and other multiple providers of providing for the aged cannot keep up with the pace.This contradiction between the supply and the demand side is fully reflected in the elderly's willingness to provide for the aged.Therefore,from the perspective of rural elderly care demand and service supply,this study investigated and visited the rural areas of ten provinces and collected sufficient first-hand data.Combined with the actual situation,it set the elderly care willingness,that is,the choice of the elderly care model,as a dependent variable,and divided the factors affecting the elderly care willingness into individual characteristics,economic characteristics,local elderly care policy characteristics,elderly care concept and elderly care way cognition,etc Severalaspects as independent variables,combined with the rural pension service policy,the current situation of pension service supply,and with the help of stata.15 software to analyze the degree of its influencing factors,also using multiple linear regression analysis and other empirical analysis methods.The study found that the younger old people will choose more diverse ways to support the aged,and women are more likely to choose family members to support the aged.The unmarried,cohabiting and married elderly people would prefer family support than the divorced and separated elderly people,while the cohabiting and married elderly people have their own family and land,so the possibility of choosing family members to support the aged is certainly higher.And because of the single income source of the rural elderly and their families,the inadequate pension policy in rural areas,the shortage of public pension facilities and other factors,there are different degrees of influence on the choice of pension model for the elderly.Finally,based on the supply side perspective,from the family level,the government level and the social and third organization level,it puts forward a series of suggestions,such as encouraging the diversification of pension supply subjects,increasing investment in rural pension resources,innovating pension service mode and content,improving the professional level of pension service personnel,and improving relevant laws and regulations and pension system.Through the research and analysis of the influencing factors of the rural pension willingness,it is helpful to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the rural pension service in China,and has far-reaching significance for the realization of the rural elderly's well-being and the promotion of the development of the rural pension in China.
