As one of the provinces with the smallest land area and the most active economic development in China,Zhejiang Province is facing a “element shortage period” with land resources as the main constraint during the current period of continuous urbanization and the continuous transformation of industrial structure As a result,the contradiction between the demand for land use and the shortage of land resources has been intensified,and the relationship between people and land has become increasingly tense.As the most basic means of material production for human beings to survive and develop,land is also an important carrier of regional economic and social development.Its carrying capacity is limited within a certain time and space.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable use of regional land resources and further improve the level of regional carrying capacity,it is of great significance to conduct research on the evaluation of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in Zhejiang Province.This article takes 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province as the research object,and based on the comprehensive research results at home and abroad,related theories,and regional socio-economic development status,based on the DPSR model,constructs an evaluation index of the comprehensive land carrying capacity of various prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province.System,and used TOPSIS model,coupled coordination model and other methods to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive land carrying capacity.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the DPSR research framework,21 evaluation indicators were selected to build an evaluation system of the comprehensive land carrying capacity index of prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province.This model is a feedback mechanism with causality and is applicable to multi-level,multi-index comprehensive land carrying In the evaluation process,the weight of each index is determined by the game theory weighting method based on the combination of entropy weight method and mean square error method in the evaluation process,thereby further ensuring the scientificity of the evaluation process.(2)The evaluation results of the spatiotemporal characteristics of the comprehensive land carrying capacity show that the overall changes in the comprehensive land carrying capacity of prefecture-level cities from 2009 to 2017 were generally “W”-shaped changes,and they were generally in good condition,but there was still a certain distance from the high carrying capacity level;The spatial distribution characteristics of the comprehensive land carrying capacity of prefecture-level cities are relatively obvious,and their changes are generally in a trend of "increasing from southwest to northeast,inland to coastal,and northwest to southeast".(3)According to the evaluation results of the degree of obstacles,the obstacle factors of the comprehensive land carrying capacity of prefecture-level cities include:per capita water resources,total per capita land resources,and land development intensity,etc;There are significant differences,and the obstacle factors are concentrated in different bearing capacity subsystems.(4)From the results of the evaluation of the degree of coupling and coordination,although the coupling effect between the land-bearing capacity systems of the local cities is strong,the degree of coordination among the elements of the land-bearing capacity system of the local cities in Zhejiang Province is insufficient,indicating that the internal capacity of each system Poor operating status.From 2009 to 2017,the coordination degree of various prefecture-level cities showed a spatial distribution characteristic of "high in the north and low in the south,high in the west,and low in the east".Finally,based on the results of various evaluations and the development status of various regions,suggestions for improving the comprehensive land carrying capacity of prefecture-level cities are proposed from the aspects of accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode and rationally controlling the population.
