With the increasing globalization and the continuous development of the world financial system,the flow of capital has become one of the most concerned topics in the financial field of various countries.According to relevant information,since 2005,China has attracted a large amount of short-term international capital on the basis of exchange rate reform.The flow of such capital not only affects the formulation of China's monetary policy,but also threatens the security of China's financial system.Hidden dangers to national security.In the financial system,commercial banks have largely dominated the development direction of capital markets.As the core of monetary capital flows,China's bank stability is also subject to the trend of cross-border capital flows.In the future,as China deepens its internal reforms and opening up in the financial sector,international short-term capital will more easily enter and exit the Chinese capital market,and its impact on the stability of the Chinese commercial banking system must be taken seriously.This dissertation studies the impact of international short-term capital flows on the stability of the banking system.The research is divided into three parts,including the theoretical research part,the empirical analysis part and the countermeasure suggestion part.The theoretical part mainly analyzes the concept and related theory of international short-term capital flows,as well as the concepts and theories of banking system and stability.On the basis of theoretical analysis,an empirical analysis of the impact of international short-term capital flows on the stability of China's banking system.Firstly,using SPSS for principal component analysis,the stability index of China's commercial banks was constructed,and the stability of China's commercial banks was analyzed.Secondly,Eviews is used to empirically test the impact of international short-term capital flows on bank stability,and specifically analyzes the impact of different types of short-term international capital flows on the stability of the banking system,and the intermediary of bank international short-term capital flows on bank stability.path.In the third part,based on theoretical research and empirical analysis,this dissertation gives a policy to reduce the impact of international short-term capital flows on the stability of China's commercial banking system from the aspects of balanced capital control,strengthening macro-prudential supervision and improving China's financial market system.
