Research On The Distribution Of Interests Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives In Songyuan City

Songyuan City,as a major agricultural city,has jurisdiction over one district,one city and three counties,with a large agricultural population and a good agricultural foundation.By the end of 2018,the number of specialized famers' cooperatives in Songyuan had reached 12,282,with 158,000 members.The pattern of "joint promotion and communication for development" among enterprises,markets and farmers has basically been formed,and the development of cooperatives in Songyuan has shown a stable trend.But compared with other regions,there are still many problems in the operation.On the one hand,the scale of cooperatives is not large,the development quality is not high,and some of the cooperatives face the situations of reorganization or dissolution because of poor profits.On the other hand,the internal management and system construction of cooperatives are not perfect,especially on issues related to the interests of members,there are still irregularities,members' awareness of "risk sharing,benefit sharing" is still very weak,which has a great impact on the healthy development of cooperatives.Through field visits,surveys,interviews and questionnaires,the author has an in-depth understanding of the status of specialized farmer cooperatives in Songyuan.This paper analyzes and summarizes the development status,establishment mode and profit distribution of specialized farmer cooperatives in Songyuan,and identifies the main factors affecting the satisfaction degree of profit distribution based on the satisfaction of members.Combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the profit distribution of specialized farmer cooperatives in Songyuan City.Through the survey,especially focusing on the satisfaction of the distribution of the interests of cooperatives,the author identified six main factors through regression analysis: the proportion of public accumulation and extraction,the degree of equity concentration,the sales of cooperative products,the execution of cooperative orders,the way in which cooperatives decide major issues,and the cost control of production materials.Through the deep analysis of the six factors,this paper finds out the problems that affect the level of satisfaction.Based on this,it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on "increasing income,reducing expenditure and optimizing distribution mode of cooperatives",which has achieved the goal of improving the satisfaction of members on the distribution of interests.
