Research On The Relationship Between The Growth Of Shared Bicycles And The Sustainability Of Private Equity Financing

Since the beginning of the new century,the acceleration of urbanization and the development of automobile industry have brought great changes to China's residents' travel structure.Although the emergence of online ride-hailing has enriched users' travel choices and solved the problem of "difficulty in taking a taxi",it still fails to solve users' pain point of "the last kilometer".In response to this pain point,in 2015,"no pile" Shared bicycle emerged at the historic moment in China,because its convenience is deeply loved by the majority of consumers,and in the recent several years of rapid development,even in the capital winter when a financing frenzy.However,after the rapid expansion,the enterprise did not continue the good growth before,and the attitude of investors also changed and they no longer invested in the bike-sharing enterprise.Taking Mobike and ofo: as an example,through the collection development of enterprise and finance data,based on life cycle theory,enterprise growth theory and the enterprise financing theory,using the balanced scorecard method and signal transfer point of view,and build a growth evaluation system,determine the sustainability of financing methods,and to the sustainability of growth,financing and as well as the relationship is analyzed,on this basis,from the perspective of internal and external environment,summarizes the factors that affect the sustainability and growth and financing,and discusses its impact.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,in general,Mobike is better than anyo in all aspects;second,if Mobike and ofo want to continue to grow,at least one round of financing is needed to complete the construction of profit model.Sustainable financing can promote business growth.Third,Mobike and ofo financing differences are different,leading to differences in corporate behavior.Fourth,Mobike's financing sustainability is better than ofo,while ofo's financing desirability is better than Mobike shows that in the case of information asymmetry,investors are more irrational in order to seize investment opportunities,and the growth of enterprises should be the basis of financing sustainability.Fifth,internal factors of enterprises,especially profit model and business model.In the different stages of development of the company,the impact on growth and financing sustainability reversed,with positive impacts in the early stage and negative impacts in the later stages.Sixth,external factors of enterprises have more growth and financing sustainability.Negative impacts,and the accumulation of internal and external negative factors,resulting in blocked business growth,investor sentiment changes,corporate financing is not sustainable;In the course of the development of shared bicycles based on “Internet +” and “sharing economy”,many new corporate development and social problems have emerged.In the past,enterprise growth and financing experience and theory are no longer fully applicable to the development of shared bicycles,enterprises and investment.When faced with a new industry,we should increase risk awareness and steadily promote corporate development.Therefore,in order to continue the development of the industry and enterprises,enterprises should seek new profit points as soon as possible to improve the profit model and enhance the technological innovation ability to enhance the core driving force and establish a mature credit mechanism to guide users to regulate the riding;meanwhile,the government should gradually guide The company regulates operations and establishes business operation standards to create a good environment for industry development.In addition,the choice to integrate into the Internet giant is a wise choice when financing is increasingly difficult.
