Credit card,as an important branch of bank retail banking business,started late in China,but has developed rapidly in recent years,and the number of issued cards has increased geometrically.Credit card consumption has become one of the most familiar consumption channels for young people in the new generation.Competition among major domestic banks in the credit card business has intensified.In parallel with the development of credit card business,there are new financial products such as online lending,P2 P,and cash lending.Some of these customers overlap with bank credit card customers.The default risk passed to bank loan customers is higher,and the risk exposure is becoming increasingly serious.The default risks faced by the final class of financial products will be transmitted to the credit business of commercial banks,which will greatly affect the credit card business.Based on the theoretical basis of risk management,the thesis explains the meaning of credit card risk management.Chapter 3 analyzes the development history and current situation of credit card risk management at home and abroad,and Chapter 4 uses China Zheshang Bank as an example for case analysis.This article analyzes the current situation of credit card business development of China Zheshang Bank,and analyzes the problems existing in the business development and the causes of the problems.From three aspects of business process,customer situation,and risk control situation,the status of risk management of China Zheshang Bank credit card is explained and analyzed.The main problems of China Zheshang Bank's credit card are summarized,including the high non-performing rate,frequent fraud cases,adverse effects caused by customer complaints,and the urgent need to improve the collection effect.Combining the development status with the problems,there are six reasons for the problems,including assessment guidance,personnel management issues,internal management issues,and external cooperation issues,which are specifically reflected in the lack of weight,the inadequate risk control system,and the business Inadequate acceptance,weak dynamic tracking capabilities,lack of external data support,and poor anti-fraud tools.This article is based on the actual case of China Zheshang Bank,referring to the concept of credit card risk management at home and abroad,combining theory with practice,researching strategies to strengthen risk management capabilities,and proposing risk management methods from three aspects: pre-lending,middle-lending,and post-lending.First of all,it is necessary to do a good job in customer positioning before lending,strengthen the anti-fraud ability in the industry,strengthen the compliance education of employees,and ensure the quality of customers.Secondly,improve the ability to identify risks in loans,strengthen the depth and breadth of data usage,increase the intensity of internal data mining,enhance data utility,and complete the goal of three-dimensional portraits of customers.Finally,in terms of post-loan management,enhance the dynamic management capabilities of customers,do a good job of customer early warning,and dynamically adjust customer credit lines;in handling customer complaints,enhance the system and staffing,improve customer experience,and reduce complaints.Quantity to avoid escalation of complaints.
