Study On The Configuration Program And Shift Scheduling Of Subway Station Staff Based On Work Load And Fatigue

With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the society has put forward higher requirements on the operation time,service quality and safety of subway stations.It is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the subway to scientifically set the post and staff of the station staff and arrange the work shift.Based on the theory of workload and biorhythm,this paper conducts a quantitative evaluation study on the existing station staff allocation and shift plan.This paper comprehensively analyzes and measures the effectiveness of the existing staffing and scheduling schemes of the station,and put forward suggestions for further improvement of the existing scheme,so as to further improve the service quality and security of the station.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Based on the on-site interviews and literature research,the basic station affairs of the subway station were investigated.The xizhimen station of line 2 was taken as the research object,and determined the affair personnel post setting scheme of subway station and the responsibility division,made a comprehensive analysis of the post setting system of station staff,which provided a basis for the follow-up research.2.A method based on workload of station personnel on duty was established.Taking the station staff of xizhimen station of line 2 as an example,based on the quantitative assessment of the workload of the general controller,ticket post,ticket supervisor,platform post and elevator post in the peak period,the existing problems of the existing staffing scheme were analyzed,and the improved staffing scheme of the station staff based on the workload was proposed.3.Under the condition of the post setting and staffing of the existing station staff,the influencing factors of the biorhythm in the scheduling system were discussed from the perspective of biorhythm and fatigue.Based on the fatigue evaluation method of ikeda's shift operation,combined with the actual situation of Beijing subway service,the work load and rest coefficient of ikeda's formula were adaptively modified by using the questionnaire scale and AHP analytic hierarchy process,and the fatigue evaluation model of shift arrangement for Beijing subway service personnel was constructed.4.Taking the staff of xizhimen station of line 2 as an example,the validity of the staff fatigue assessment model was verified by the subjective fatigue questionnaire,and on the basis of the fatigue assessment of the staff of xizhimen station of Beijing metro,a shift plan was proposed to further improve the staff fatigue.
