If China's agriculture wants to enter the international market,improve the international competitiveness of China's agriculture,and enhance the international discourse power of agriculture,it must have a full understanding of the cultural environment of the international community.Only by "knowing oneself and knowing the other" can we go out smoothly,alleviate the predicament of China's agricultural foreign investment and operation,and promote the structure and development mode of China's agricultural industry.In order to understand the social and cultural environment of China's Agricultural FDI,this paper collects authoritative and credible data with the help of reliable website tools or software.First of all,this paper uses the literature analysis method,through reading the library literature and online literature,systematically analyzes and combs out the relevant theoretical system,the development mode,the development speed and the regional distribution of China's Agricultural FDI in China and foreign countries.On the basis of relevant theoretical research and from the perspective of social and cultural risks,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the manifestation,influence mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of social and cultural risks that may be encountered in the process of China's agricultural foreign direct investment,and then decides to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the research object.When determining the social and cultural risk evaluation index,the fuzzy mathematics method is used to determine the evaluation set,weight set and membership function.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of the social and cultural risk of China's agricultural foreign direct investment is obtained.The first level evaluation indexes are: Religious Contradiction,China system,enterprise management theory and idea,language and culture custom.The four first level indexes are divided into 12 second level indexes: the government's attention to religious contradiction,the difference of religious purpose and belief,the bilateral political relations,the degree of investment obstruction,the degree of dependence oninvestment and trade,the government's effectiveness,the legal system,business control,and economy Economic development level,social security,average education level,awareness of social and cultural risks,and then fuzzy comprehensive calculation of each level of evaluation indicators,and finally analysis of the results and give effective countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that the social and cultural risks of China's Agricultural FDI are high,especially the religious contradictions and unfriendly system of the host country should be paid attention to.The main reasons are as follows: first,there is an upsurge of nationalism in some parts of the world,which to some extent forms business risks.Second,some malicious remarks made by hostile forces against China.Third,the social environment is complex,diverse and unpredictable.Fourth,resources and environment.Fifth,the reasons of the enterprise itself.Combined with the research results of a large number of scholars,this paper gives relevant suggestions from the government level,the enterprise level and the social level respectively,which should focus on preventing the risk of religious contradictions and the risk of China's system,as well as the security problems caused by the differences in language and cultural customs.
