A Study On Risk Assessment And Prevention Of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industry Cluster

Industry cluster can not only make lagging regional economy more competitive but also remain this advantage so that to help cluster enterprises resist globalization's threats. However, industry cluster is not enduring. During the formation and development of Industry cluster, it also breeds the danger and instability. So the potential negative impact will cause the risk of cluster failing.TISCO stainless steel industrial cluster had suffered a significant impact on the financial crisis due to its single industrial structure. Among them, the production orders of stainless steel industrial park dropped sharply, and the enterprises with large scale stopped the production. Based on this background, this paper deeply studied the risk of Taiyuan stainless steel industrial clusters so as to make industrial clusters have a sustainable development.This paper took Taiyuan stainless steel industrial clusters to study. Under the analysis of industrial clusters risk, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper set evaluation model of clusters risk, assessed the risk of clusters combined with the characteristics of Taiyuan stainless steel industrial clusters, then proposed the prevention measures of clusters risk.Firstly, it set risk analysis matrix of industrial clusterBased on the study of industrial cluster at home and abroad, the paper analyzed different types of cluster risk at different life cycle stages and set risk analysis matrix.Secondly, it set risk assessment model of industrial clusterBased on the analysis of industrial cluster risk, it set risk evaluation index system of industrial cluster and established a risk assessment model of industrial clusters by PCE method. Third, raised the risk prevention measures of industry clusters.Combined with the characteristics of Taiyuan Stainless steel industry clusters, the paper evaluated the risk of Taiyuan Stainless steel industry clusters by the risk assessment model and found the main risk that Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Clusters faced with then raised the risk prevention measures of industry clusters.
