In recent years,along with the rapid development of China's economy,China's high-tech industry has also achieved remarkable achievements,the volume of export trade is rising year by year,The international competitiveness of export commodities is also increasing.At the same time,the technological innovation activities of high-tech industries are also increasing,and the resulting diffusion effect will inevitably have an impact on the technical level of the industry even the region and export trade.Therefore,in the transition period from “trade large” to “trade power”,it is particularly important to examine the changes in the diffusion of technological innovation and export competitiveness,and to analyze the impact of technological innovation diffusion on export competitiveness.First of all,the mechanism analysis of this thesis is mainly elaborated from three aspects: Firstly,the factors influencing the effect of technological innovation diffusion on the export competitiveness of high-tech products are mainly divided into three factors: income increase,industry correlation a nd absorption capacity.Then,the analysis of the impact of the technological innovation diffusion on the export competitiveness of high-tech products is mainly divided into three ways: knowledge spillover,aggregation effect and innovation network.Knowledg e spillover can be subdivided into competitive effect,imitation effect,incentive effect and driving effects.Aggregation effects can be divided into talent gathering and industry aggregation effects.Finally,analyze its impact,it is reflected in three asp ects: labor productivity improvement,product innovation and industrial upgrading.In the empirical aspect,thesis refers to the relevant literature,and constructs a simple technological innovation diffusion evaluation index system through mechanism combing,uses the entropy method to obtain the comprehensive score of technological innovation diffusion,and uses the dominant comparative advantage index RCA and structure transform rate to measure the high-tech sub-sector and the export competitiveness of the provinces.The article selects the data of five sub-sectors of China's high-tech industry from 2001 to 2016 and the data of 25 provinces in a decade,and empirically tests the impact of technological innovation diffusion on export competitiveness.The empirical analysis is divided into the overall model,the industry grouping model,and the sub-regional model.The following conclusions are drawn through empirical regression:On the whole,the technological innovation diffusion has a significant impact on the export competitiveness of high-tech products;from the perspective of industry grouping,the technological innovation diffusion promote the application of interactive products,and inhibit the innovation of science and technology;In terms of sub-regions,the promotion of the eastern and central regions is significant,and the promotion of the western region is not obvious.In response to the above questions,this thesis proposes the policy recommendations from the government and enterprise levels.
