Study On Rural Hollow Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The rapid urbanization has promoted the rapid development of economic and society and improved the living standards of urban and rural residents.However,due to poor quality of urbanization,uneven development between the urban and rural areas,and other existing contradictions,resulting in the hollow-oriented arrangement of population and houses.At present,China vigorously promotes the construction of new urbanization and implements the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural hollowing has caused problems in economic development,social governance,public services and other aspects,and has become an obstacle to the implementation of the new urbanization construction and rural revitalization strategy,and has also made rural areas a soft spot for the overall and healthy development of China's economy and society.In the context of the national rural revitalization strategy and the in-depth promotion of new urbanization construction,this paper takes Gaotai County of Zhangye City,Gansu Province,which is a comprehensive pilot county of new urbanization in China and a pilot county of new urbanization in gansu province as the research object.Through literature research,statistical surveys,field visits,comprehensive analysis,etc.,this paper comprehensively investigated the current situation of rural hollowing,analyzed the main causes of rural hollowing and the positive and negative effects of rural hollowing on the development of agriculture and rural areas,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and control rural hollowing.The main results are as follows:1.The current rural hollowing problem is mainly manifested in the aspects of population hollowing,residential hollowing,agricultural industry hollowing and rural culture hollowing,among which hollowing is the most important factor that causes other problems.2.The causes of rural hollowing out are mainly concentrated in the rural population,driven by the benefits of higher wages in urban areas and the inequality of social welfare caused by the dual urban and rural system,as well as the combined effect of poor rural infrastructure and public services.This has led to the hollowing out of the rural population and eventually to the hollowing out of rural areas.3.The positive impact of rural hollowing is mainly conducive to the increase of ruralresidents' income,the promotion of large-scale agricultural development and the transformation of rural society,while the negative impact is mainly caused by the waste of land resources and public resources and the increase of difficulty in rural governance.4.It is believed that prevention and control of rural hollowing should be carried out by promoting the integrated development in urban and rural industries,public services and other aspects,enhancing the ability of agriculture in organization,scale and brand,improving the rural governance system,and enhancing the level of rural ecological civilization.The above research results are of theoretical and practical significance for the overall development of urban and rural development,the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the better development of new urbanization.
