The advantages of demographic dividend and land resources,which made a great contribution to the economic development in the past of decades of years,are fading away gradually.Facing the fact of the rising labor cost and increasing market competition,the employment situation is confronted with big challenges.Under the circumstances that the employment environment has undergone tremendous changes,China's labor structure has gradually developed into a flexible employment system,and flexible employment has become a new type of employment method that has been favored by more and more enterprises.The advantage of flexible employment is to achieve full employment,to reduce the labor costs.Existing studies have confirmed that flexible employment significantly impact on organizational performance,but only limited to individual-level differences.Few scholars would further investigate the mechanism of flexible external employment quantitative flexibility on organizational financial performance.In view of this,this paper takes the services as the research background,the retail store as the research object,analyzes the affect of flexible employment on organizational financial performance,and adds environmental uncertainty adjustment variables to explore under different the degree of environmental uncertainty,the relationship between flexible employment and organizational financial performance.The paper discusses the key to improve organizational performance and take active measures.This paper focus on the relationship of the flexible employment,organizational performance,environmental uncertainty,based on theoretical support,takes 12 months of sample data from 93 stores of China Resources Vanguard as the research object,and uses SPSS software to analyze the data to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between temporary workers and sales and profits,while there is a U-shaped relationship between temporary workers and costs,and environmental uncertainty plays a positive role in the relationship.Based on the above conclusions,the organization cannot always increase the number of temporary workers.It is necessary to accurately grasp the degree of using temporary workers and improve organizational performance from the system and management.
