Research On Supply Chain Management Enterprises' Supply Chain Finance Innovation

As an important financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises,supply chain finance is constantly developing.Many domestic related institutions are actively pursuing supply chain financial services.While commercial banks regard supply chain finance as their key business,logistics companies are also using their own advantages to carry out supply chain financial services.With the development of Internet finance,supply chain finance began to use the Internet factor to innovate.E-commerce supply chain finance has developed rapidly.Companies such as Alibaba and Jing Dong have launched related businesses to promote enterprise development.This paper takes EA Ltd as a case.The company is engaged in professional supply chain management services,and its characteristic business is depth supply chain business.EA's supply chain financial services originated from payment collection services,and gradually developed with the deepening of supply chain services.Its innovation in supply chain finance is basically based on the two types of financial services provided by its own funds and cooperated with commercial banks.The case analysis part of this paper analyzes the factors that promote the financial innovation of EA's supply chain from the macro and micro perspectives.And also from the perspective of the capital demand of upstream and downstream enterprises,this part analyzes the motivation of developing supply chain financial innovation.The companies in the EA supply chain will generate corresponding capital requirements in the transaction,which will promote EA's supply chain financial innovation,and EA's supply chain financial business innovation has obvious effects in promoting the overall development of the enterprise and the operation of the industrial chain.However,the supply chain financial innovation carried out by EA Ltd has many problems such as insufficient product innovation capability and disadvantages of various sources of funds.Then this paper puts forward development countermeasures for the above related problems.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for commercial bank-led and non-commercial bank-led supply chain finance.
