SJ is a typical manufacturer of cartons.In the process of rapid development of enterprises,the turnover rate of SJ's front-line employees is increasing,and the excessive loss of front-line employees will not only cause unstable factors within the enterprise,but also seriously affect the company's reputation and the stability and enthusiasm of front-line employees..Invisibly consume more training,management costs,and may even pose a fatal threat to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the factors that lead to the loss of front-line employees.The problem of the loss of front-line employees has become a problem that must be solved for the survival and development of enterprises.This article takes SJ company as the case study object,using incentive theory,salary and welfare related theory,corporate culture theory,career cycle theory,etc.These will be the theoretical basis of this research,combined with theoretical analysis method,case study method,and summary method.A case study was conducted on the issue of the loss of frontline employees in SJ.This article first briefly introduces the current situation of the company,and then describes the four front-line employees of SJ's manufacturing department before and after the resignation,using the theory to analyze: SJ company's work environment around the scene is not good,the salary is not satisfied,the promotion mechanism is not Reasonable,lack of corporate culture construction,lack of career planning and management of front-line employees is an important reason for the departure of front-line employees.Finally,combined with the reality of SJ,we have developed targeted improvement suggestions for these issues.I hope that these countermeasures and suggestions can reduce the turnover rate of SJ's frontline employees,so that SJ can better attract and retain talents.This research has a certain guiding role for the improvement of human resources management of SJ company,and has certain reference value for other similar companies.
