Study On The Development Strategy Of P Property Insurance International Business

Under the "Belt and Road" initiative,Chinese enterprises have expanded overseas investments and spawned huge demand for international insurance.In response to the national "going out" strategy,Chinese insurance companies carry out international insurance business and to provide risk protection for Chinese enterprises.With the in-depth development of international business of property insurance companies,problems such as difficult development of business scale,unbalanced business distribution and lack of experience in overseas distribution have gradually emerged.This paper finds solutions and implementation strategies for international business development through research,which can be used for reference for the high-quality development of international business of Chinese-funded property insurance companies.In this paper,P Property Insurance Company is taken as the research object.Along the main line of thinking of finding,analyzing and solving problems,the paper analyze the development status,existing problems and formulate solutions of the company's international business.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of P Property Insurance Company from two aspects of resources and capabilities,focusing on the core competitiveness of its international business development.Secondly,the analysis of the external environment of enterprises.Starting from the macro-environment and the development of the industry,the paper uses PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model to describe the external environment faced by the international business development of capital and property insurance companies.Lastly,through SWOT analysis,we find out the problems of the company's international business development and then formulate implementation strategies and safeguard measures.Based on the study of the development of international business of P property insurance company,this paper has important significance to improve the company's international business management system,find ways to promote the implementation of the internationalization strategy,and enhance the company's international business competitiveness.
