In 2013,the CPC central committee and the state council initiated the initiative of "One Belt And One Road".In this context,our pv enterprises cling to a new round of adjustment of energy structure and energy technology change trend,integration into the global energy,Internet construction in foreign direct investment and export breach.However,the photovoltaic enterprises is still facing many difficulties,the export credit insurance is an important means of export enterprise trade safety,while China Export&Credit Insurance Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the"Sinosure")as the only company specializing in export credit insurance in our country the policy of insurance company,assuming the task of escort for the photovoltaic enterprises in our country.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and case study.This thesis mainly studies how the export credit insurance institutions of China can better serve the Chinese photovoltaic enterprises under the test of the new era environment of "One Belt and One Road ".Firstly,the definition,classification and characteristics of export credit insurance are introduced.By introducing the business model of foreign export credit insurance,this thesis explores the enlightenment to China's export credit insurance institutions.Along all the way through the introduction neighbourhood strategic trade development situation and the photovoltaic industry in our country the whole situation of "going out",and researching the Egyptian photovoltaic market,highlights Chinese pv enterprises under the new situation facing the challenges,through comprehensive analysis and listed the actual cases,analysis the Sinosure to help enterprises to exploit market,help enterprise financing,the funds transfer risk and risk management to provide comprehensive service four aspects of support,and enumerates the export credit insurance related laws and regulations is not sound,product rate is too high,insurance mode is relatively single,export enterprises lack of cognitive problems,Finally,targeted from two aspects of state and the export credit insurance business institutions,put forward the area under the initiative the development of Chinese export credit insurance services light volt enterprises countermeasures and Suggestions:Actively improving the legal system of export credit insurance;Increase risk capital support for export credit insurance;Further opening markets to promote a balance between supply and demand;Formulate specific underwriting policies;Optimize subsidies for the photovoltaic industry;Strengthening collaboration between government departments and financial institutions;Supporting medium-and long-term capital goods export;Appropriate reduction in the underwriting rate;Actively improving the mode of insurance coverage.
