With the continuous expansion of the transportation and logistics industry,the market is no longer a "single largest" situation,facing the competitive pressure of various transportation industries.After China's entry into the Internet + era,all enterprises themselves are relying on innovative business philosophy and mode to develop rapidly.At present,enterprises should pay attention to enterprise management and human resources management in order to develop.Performance management is an indispensable and important part of human resources.Performance management is a management process implemented by managers at all levels to ensure that employees' work activities and outputs are consistent with organizational goals.Performance management is a comprehensive and systematic management of all elements in the process of performance realization.By formulating enterprise strategy,setting goals and evaluating performance,employees are encouraged to continuously improve performance in the process of continuous communication,so as to achieve the long-term planning and strategic objectives of the organization.At first,this paper is on performance management related concepts and the research of performance management both at home and abroad made relatively deep theoretical knowledge learning and accumulation,after by looking up past performance management material,according to different positions,to carry out performance management survey interviews,questionnaire to carry out the contrast,the research found that the problem,then carried on the thorough analysis,found that dalian YS company performance management problems existing in five aspects: performance planning and target positioning is not clear;The performance appraisal system is not perfect and the content is deficient;The design of performance appraisal index and weight is unscientific;Lack of performance communication;Poor application of performance results.In view of the above problems,first of all,we should improve our understanding of performance management and formulate clear performance management objectives and plans.The second is to improve the performance appraisal system and content;Then optimize the evaluation index and weight;Fourth,strengthen communication at different levels;Finally,the rational use of performance results.The research purpose of this paper is to study in dalian YS company performance management by analysis,and found the problem,and puts forward some countermeasures for industry in our country the establishment of the performance management system to provide certain reference and reference,also for dalian YS the company's future performance management development provides new ideas and methods.
