A newly-developed subject,human power resources,plays a very important role in aerial businesses of our country.Competition for Market is actually for talents.Therefore,a properly managed talent should be established for the development of the aerial businesses.Meanwhile,the improvement of talents team should go together with the progress of the business.This paper analyzes the advantages of human power resources management of THE 601 INSTITUTE,6th ACADEMY OF CHINA AEROSPACE SCEIENCE&INDUSTRY CORP.and points out some problems and then puts forward some strategies and measures from nine aspects to better the management of human power resources.
