Research On Construction And Evaluation Of Keqiao Green Textile Development Index

In this day and age,to achieve the organic unity between economic development and environmental protection,it is an inevitable trend to conform to the development of green economy.This is because under the restriction of limited resources,only vigorous development of green economy can break through this restriction and occupy a favorable position in the development of economy and society.Keqiao district is famous for its textile industry.As early as 2007,China keqiao textile index was released to monitor the development of textile industry.However,the index only considers the factors of price level,market prosperity and foreign trade situation respectively,but does not test the development status of keqiao district from the perspective of green development.So this article from the perspective of green development,based on the development of evaluation and green two levels,the entropy value method and principal component analysis method,entropy method is used to establish the important indicators,using principal component analysis to dimension data by using EXCEL,SPSS and R software,built by the total amount index,index of economic output,green growth potential index,resource consumption index and index system of environmental impact indicators five secondary keqiao composed of green textile development evaluation index system.Then,the influence factors of the established keqiao green textile development index are analyzed,and the correlation between the keqiao green textile development index and the existing China keqiao textile development index is analyzed.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: the development of the textile industry has a double effect on keqiao green development is,on the one hand,the development of textile industry can bring keqiao to realize the profit increase thereby and more investment in environmental protection,improve the level of keqiao of green textile development,on the other hand to high-polluting,high-energy consuming is a main feature of the development of textile industry tend to bring negative effects to the environment,reduce the level of green textile development of keqiao,therefore measure the balance between the green and development is very important;Circulation prosperity index and keqiao green textile development index have significant correlation.Finally,based on the conclusion obtained,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of the government and the market,such as optimizing the structure of the textile industry,strengthening the policy support for innovative and environment-friendly enterprises,strengthening the transformation of the traditional textile industry and improving the standards of the textile industry in terms of pollution discharge.
