The practice of enterprise management proves that it needs not only sufficient human,financial and material resources to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises,but also a clear understanding of how to make rational use of these resources to maximize their practicability.A good organizational structure is the basis to ensure the effective operation of all departments and make full use of the overall advantages of the enterprise.The reform of the organizational structure of enterprises helps to divide the functions of departments and clarify the relationship between departments so as to optimize the corresponding relationship between the internal elements of the organization and achieve the overall stability of the organization.Separation of organizational hierarchy and authority helps clarify the relationship between superiors and subordinates,ensure a reasonable scope of management,and improve management efficiency.Most enterprises have the same virtual organizational structure,which leads to the lack of scientific strategic decision-making and effective operation mechanism in business process that can not achieve the enterprise development strategy and current business objectives;the design of organizational structure is inappropriate,and the structure level is not standardized.If the responsibility is not properly allocated,it will easily lead to the risk of duplication,confusion or lack of functions,as well as the exchange of views among departments,which will ultimately lead to inefficiency of all enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of organizational structure is of great significance to optimize the management structure,management system and mechanism,and to promote the implementation of the development strategy and operational tasks of enterprises.From a practical point of view,firstly,this study can provide suggestions for the effective operation of B company's organizational structure and improve its core competitiveness in the market.Secondly,this study provides guidance for business management of company B.Therefore,in practice,through this study,we can find out the problems of company B organizational structure,and formulate a plan to optimize company B organizational structure,as a guide to reform company B organizational structure.This paper mainly studies the related issues of enterprise organizational structure optimization.Firstly,it expounds the relevant research background of enterprise organizational structure optimization and the research status at home and abroad.It summarizes the theory of organizational structure design and strategic management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.This paper takes B company as the research object,analyses the general situation of B company and the original organizational structure,analyses the main problems existing in the original organizational structure,and finally optimizes the organizational structure of B company.It mainly studies the principles,influencing factors,general ideas and design process of organizational structure optimization.Finally,the group of B company is studied.We hope that this study can provide some help and reference for the optimization of B company's organizational structure.
