The Research On Optimization Strategies Of Organizational Structure Of F Company From A Strategic Perspective

As the competition in market is increasingly fierce, more urgent requirements are put forward in internal management of enterprises. F company is a concrete corporation controlled by large building material group. Due to the vigorous development of concrete industry and high profit level of the industry at an early stage, F company was in the phase of extensive management and focused on expansion of external investment. However, influenced by state macro-economy policy, real estate regulation and industry cycle, concrete industry has been gradually entering into the steady declining period since 2012. The increasingly fierce competition forced F company to adjust business strategy promptly and concentrated on internal management to reduce operating costs. But through several years' operation, the strategic goal of F company is not achieved effectively. The operational profits are still high and profit margins are gradually shrunken. The company has made few profits and even in a deficit state for years.Through employee interview and data query, we found management problems about F company, and found that F company failed to meet the strategic objectives was relative to its organization structure. This also show that when the organization structure is adapt to the enterprise development strategy, can promote the realization of enterprise strategy, on the other hand, the organizational structure will hinder the enterprise strategy implementation.The enterprises organizational structure has been optimized In this paper, we chose a actual structure types that are more adaptable to F company. We choose the location of each management level, and change the assessment index and department function, make it match the F at this stage of enterprise strategic target. The possible problems and solving measures about organizational structure are analyzed. Finally the optimized structure of organization management situation is analyzed and compared. I hope that this paper will not only provide F company with optimization schemes of organizational structure, but also bring certain experiences and references to other similar concrete corporations.
