| Over the years,state-owned enterprises have been constantly seeking for internal operation and distribution mode,reforming the distribution system and transforming the operation mechanism.With the further reform and improvement of local energy enterprise management system,it is extremely urgent to build a complete,efficient and scientific modern enterprise management system.The competitive advantage of local energy enterprises lies in improving their own internal management ability.Therefore,refined management has become the inevitable choice of local energy enterprises.Based on the refined management theory,this paper comprehensively summarizes and discusses the postvalue refined management theory,and quantifies the post value,which is not only the key index embodying the principle of distribution according to work,but also directly becomes the choice of post-employment selection within the enterprise.The quantitative value of post is not only the key index reflecting the principle of distribution according to work,but also the orientation of job selection within enterprises.The implementation of fine management of post value will help improve the management ability of state-owned enterprises.The laborers in state-owned enterprises,namely employees,are the most decisive force among many factors of productivity,and the posts are the destination and foot of the liberation and development of productivity.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,research objects,research methods,basic ideas and framework structure,and the main contributions of this paper.The second chapter is the literature review,mainly elaborating the literature concept explanation of the fine management of post value and the evaluation method of post value.Chapter 3 status quo,problems and causes of position value fine management of QSC energy company;the fourth chapter is the design of the fine management scheme of QSC energy company’s post value.On the basis of understanding the basic situation of QSC company,the management scheme is improved by introducing the implementation of internal market-oriented operation mechanism,establishing post value accounting system,implementing performance appraisal system,implementing five positions of post value management and setting up information management platform.The content of chapter five is the safeguard measures of the scheme,including four aspects: creating the scene atmosphere,improving the organization,and strengthening the staff training.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the research conclusion,and puts forward the direction of further management development. |
