Research On Social Responsibility Of T State-owned Enterprises In Jinan City From The Perspective Of Government Regulation

State-owned enterprises occupy an important position in the economic structure of our country and have great influence on the whole social life.With the development of social economy,state-owned enterprises continue to reform and restructure,the scale of enterprise development continues to expand.However,at present,state-owned enterprises tend to ignore their social responsibilities when pursuing their own interests.The general lack of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises not only brings negative impact to the rapid economic development,but also causes a series of social problems,which has aroused heated discussions in the academic circle and extensive public attention.With the methods of literature analysis,case study and causal analysis,this paper systematically studies the social responsibility of T state-owned enterprises in jinan city from the perspective of government regulation.At present,on the basis of the participation of the whole society,the development of corporate social responsibility consciousness in China is accelerating comprehensively.In order to better promote the state-owned enterprises to actively fulfill the social responsibility,to achieve stable social economic order and promote the harmonious coexistence of market economy,government and relevant functional departments take the initiative to set up related system and rules,supervision,propulsion,the responsibility of the regulation and management of enterprise behavior,to promote corporate social responsibility consciousness and behavior of consciousness.In recent years,T state-owned enterprises in Jinan have significantly improved their sense of responsibility,especially in taking responsibility for passengers,employees,partners and traffic order.However,there are still some problems,such as the insufficient implementation of corporate social responsibility,the lack of initiative to fulfill social responsibility and the relative indifference to indirect social responsibility.The main reasons are the absence of government regulation on corporate responsibility,the vague understanding of corporate social responsibility,the imperfect corporate social responsibility system,imperfect mechanism and unreasonable measures.In order to more effectively promote the Jinan T bear the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises and implement advice give full play to the government's regulation function of state responsibility,improve the state-owned enterprise awareness of social responsibility,perfect the system of the state-owned enterprise society responsibility content,improve the operation mechanism of state-owned enterprise society responsibility,formulate reasonable measures for the performance of a state-owned enterprise social responsibility.
