With quick productivity improvement and continuously rapid economic growth of China,various kinds of innovative and technological companies have emerged constantly.With the increasingly fierce market competition,these innovation and technology companies are increasingly fierce in the competition for talents.How to attract and retain excellent talents,stimulate employees' creativity and initiative to the greatest extent through scientific and appropriate salary incentive has become one of the key factors for the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.SD technology company,founded in 2011,is an educational technology company in the software and information technology service industry.Human resources are almost the only most important resources of the company.During the critical period of the company's business transformation,the loss of key employees,the reduction of employee enthusiasm,subjective initiative and the lack of vitality of the organization.with these questions,the author looks up document literature,compares it with other companies of the same type,and analyzes various data of SD Technology Company in order to carry out surveys on employees' satisfaction with salary incentive.The author also makes pointed interviews with key staffs;implements in-depth researches on current salary incentive of SD Technology Company from external market competitiveness,fairness,effectiveness of long-term and short-term incentive measures,and effectiveness of the system;and then starts from the principle of “giving priority to urgent need and paying attention to long-term base” to come up with advices on optimization from three aspects: 1)to raise salary level through broadband salary oriented by abilities and skills on the basis of mixed salary strategy;2)to adopt the strategy of “revitalizing stocks and replenishing increments” to optimize tools for long-term and short-term incentives;and 3)to perfect the system and seek for long-term base.Meanwhile,the author come up with advices on reform safeguard for SD Technology Company so as to ensure that optimization could be smoothly carried out as well as effectively operated and improved.Finally,the author summarizes research results on salary incentive of SD Technology Company,expresses outlooks on subsequent research jobs,expects and believes: 1)Advices on optimization will be able to contribute to helping SD Technology Company to solve current challenges if they can be carried out;and 2)Reference could be provided for similar companies to build salary incentive system and even overall management ability.
