Recently there is a number of scholars have begun to study the elements that influence innovative job performance,and the studies almost focuse on innovative mode and job happiness.However,innovative job performance are not only of high importance in academic circles but also in innovative reform of corporation.In order to keep pace with the fast development age,most enterprise had no choice but to find a new way through innovative reform,therefore it is important to evaluate the innovative performance.For the leadership style plays a key role in these factors of innovative performance,there is a heavy lack of studies in coaching leadership,and that's the reason why study the relationship between coaching leadership and innovative performance in this thesis.This thesis has also studied creative process engagement and team innovative climate.This thesis choose several state-owned enterprises,medium and small enterprises as study object,using literature research method and questionare method to investigate:(1)coaching leadership has significantly positive effect on creative performance;(2)coaching leadership has significantly positive effect on creative process engagement;(3)creative process engagement has significantly positive effect on creative performance;(4)creative process engagement has mediating effect on the relationship between coaching leadership and creative performance;(5)team innovative climate has moderating effect on creative performance;and the higher the innovative climate,the more significant of the mderating effect;(6)team innovative climate also moderates the mediating effect of creative process engagement between coaching leadership and creative performance;and the higher the climate,the more significant of the mediating effect.The research can fill in the blanks of study on coaching leadership and creative performance in academia and further study the creative performance management.By providing theoretical references and improvement project for the enterprise,they can enhance both of their innovative and management ability.
