Since the beginning of the 1990s, in the increasingly clearly super competition effects of information economy, network economy and knowledge economy, such factors propitious to environmentally stable as boundaries, rules and control tend to weaken. The enterprise operating environment is changing to a more complex dynamic environment full of uncertainty from the previous relatively stable and static environment. As an important driving force for national economic development, High-tech enterprise sustainable development is increasingly facing the challenges of environmental change and shows high failure rates, slow growth, and poor resistance to risk. Research on sustainable competitive advantage of the high-tech enterprise has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the nature characteristics as high knowledge and high tech, high risk and high innovation, high growth and short-cycle, high-tech enterprise derived the unique competitive advantage creation and evolution rule. This thesis carries on the research according to the clue as competitive advantage creation, sustainable competitive advantage resistances, and sustainable competitive advantage regeneration.Based on a comprehensive analysis to the high-tech enterprises theory and competitive advantage theory, this thesis conducts a in-depth analysis to the sources of high-tech enterprise competitive advantage according to the integrated view, then revealing that technical core competencies, human capital advantage, first mover advantage and the industrial environment advantage is the major generated source of high-tech enterprises competitive advantage, and carries on a in-depth study on the source elements mechanism to the high-tech enterprise competitive advantage.After fully demonstrating the dissipative structure of the high-tech enterprises, this thesis builds an entropy changing model, and then points out that the sustainability of competitive advantage depends on the matching degree between internal resources, ability and external environment. The dynamic and complex environment will lead to the failure of first-mover advantage, industrial environmental advantages diminished, technical core competencies appear rigid, and then can not maintain high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage.Through the interpretation of sustainable competitive advantages regeneration concept, this thesis builds a high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage regeneration model according to the regeneration reason, orientation, power and path. In the model, the reasons for high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage regeneration are mainly improving returns, strengthening market competition position and assets specificity. High-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage regeneration goal orientation should be to create customer value.With high-tech enterprise knowledge-based features, this thesis builds a knowledge evolution model. Through anglicizing the different roles of structure knowledge, ability knowledge and value knowledge in enterprise knowledge evolution, this thesis demonstrates that dynamic capability, organization learning and corporate culture are the fundamental driving force to sustainable competitive advantage. Then this thesis has a further study on the three driving forces mechanism to high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, and then analyzes the three driving forces coupling interaction mechanism in improving high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, and proposes specific strategies for enhancing driving force.This thesis demonstrates that innovation is the foundational path to achieve high-tech sustainable competitive advantage. High-tech enterprise must achieve its sustainable competitive advantage in sustained innovation time path and opening innovation space path, and this thesis puts out concrete innovation strategy for sustainable competitive advantage regeneration.An index system including appearing advantage, environment adaptation advantage and regeneration advantage three levels 24 specific indicators is put forward for high-tech enterprise sustainable competitive advantage evaluation. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey-related analysis methods are adapted to evaluate high-tech enterprise absolute and relative sustainable competitive advantage.Finally, this thesis conducted an empirical study with CASIC F Company. The evaluation model and analytical framework are adapted to analyze F Company sustainable competitive advantage. According to the analysis results, this thesis put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving F Company sustainable competitive advantage.
