The form of money,changed from the practice currency to the metal currency and later to the banknotes,has been continuously developed and perfected.The digital currency,which has emerged this day,is the product of technological innovation,because of the continuous development of science and technology in the current era.Digital currency plays a very important role in today's social life.Its characteristics of convenience and precision make the life of the public more convenient,fast and efficient.Although the impact of digital currency on public life is still not very profound,and the popularity of it in China is not very extensive,the application range of digital currency is gradually being exaggerated with the continuous development of science and technology,causing many Legal and operational issues.Therefore,starting from the benign development of digital currency,this paper researches the impact of digital currency on China's financial industry and the world's financial industry,and the degree of the impact.Also,this paper,which gives recommendations to how the central bank and other financial institutions should supervise and guide digital currency,has a profoundly significant value of reference.Combining literature analysis with case analysis,this paper analyzes the theory of monetary theory,financial science and technology,cryptography,domestic and overseas development of blockchain technology,and integrates the current attitudes and regulatory policies of countries with digital currency.Eventually,in purpose to analyze the formation,development and trading market of digital currency under the blockchain.As a typical representative of the success of digital currency,Ripple ranks third in the world in terms of market capital,second only to BIT and ETH.Therefore,this paper uses Ripple as an example to understand its advanced technology and concept in cross-border payment,hoping to inspire the development of cross-border business of traditional commercial banks in China.At the same time,the case study of Ripple coin has great significance for the formulation of China's digital currency-related policies and for the adaptation of the development of digital currency in the future.With the help of this research,this paper is expected to bring some theoretical and practical reference to the development of digital currency.
