In 2019,our country’s total import and export trade reached a new high,which indicates that country’s foreign trade development will enter a new era,and expanding imports has become an important strategy for my country’s foreign trade in the next stage.The popularity of the Internet and the convenience of mobile payment have subverted people’s original face-to-face shopping method.According to the survey,about 52.44% of them make more than five purchases on cross-border e-commerce platforms every year.CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE is a new field.In recent years,China’s cross-border import and retail e-commerce industry has achieved rapid development,which is supported by existing policies,it is also driven by changes in payment methods,improvements in the logistics supply chain and the entry of overseas brands into the Chinese market.However,facing the new industry uncertainty,a company does not match with its own infrastructure,a company faces many challenges.How to position the market,precisely connect with customers,choose products that consumers like,how to promote the company’s platform with low costs,and obtain a higher conversion rate of customers,and how to open the company’s brand awareness and other factors limit the development of A company.This paper starts from the problems encountered in the development of a company’s cross-border e-commerce logistics business,and in the process of discussing the development strategy suitable for a company,it is based on the theory research method,SWOT analysis tool,case analysis method,data analysis method,value chain theory and Enterprise Competitive Strategy Management Theory.Through the review and study of the existing literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of the industry and forecasts the future development of cross-border e-commerce industry.SWOT theoretical analysis tools to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of A company’s comprehensive analysis,analysis of a company’s cross-border e-commerce logistics current operating situation and problems,such as information technology relatively backward,lack of specialized services,lack of professional personnel,high logistics operating costs,transportation and distribution cycle.There are many reasons for this problem,such as backward concept of managers,lack of integrated planning,pay no attention to service innovation,lack of intelligent input and so on.Using value chain theory and enterprise competitive strategy theory to optimize cross-border e-commerce logistics business and the combination of logistics system.At the same time,different solutions are put forward to bring vitality to the cross-border e-commerce logistics business development of A company.Through the research the author found: A Company’s sustainable development,we need to do the following aspects: First: increase the input of logistics infrastructure.Liberation of Labor,automation,thereby reducing the rate of error,the rate of damage.To run efficiently.The second is to build a logistics information sharing platform,increase information input,such as the compatibility of ERP systems,can realize the docking with different customers and different systems,can quickly share logistics information,it’s good for the client to track,maybe the information.Third,the global vision of "sharing +cross-border e-commerce logistics" with large enterprises can optimize the industry environment,rational planning,integration of land and air transport modes,reduce the idle rate of logistics equipment,and then reduce logistics costs.Fourth,the strategy of talent reserve,talent is the first productivity.Through the incentive policy,the introduction or through the internal training,comprehensive training of logistics cross-border e-commerce logistics personnel.Fifth,through professional,characteristic differentiation of value-added,effectively enhance cross-border e-commerce logistics customer viscosity,the fastest speed to deal with customer feedback.Obviously,in order to realize the long-term development of a company’s cross-border e-commerce logistics business,it is necessary to truly understand the current operating situation of its cross-border e-commerce logistics and the bottlenecks encountered in the operating process,in order to formulate a suitable strategy for the development of a company,thus ensuring the feasibility of countermeasures,and ultimately promote the development of a company’s cross-border e-commerce logistics business.
