The Research On Maintenance Cost Management Of Multiple Production Sites In CVA Company

With the deepening development of economic globalization,more and more multinational corporations are deploying production sites in different countries and regions of the world to conduct cross-regional joint operations.Because of the unbalanced economic development level of different countries and regions,how to effectively manage the operating cost of multiproduction sites across regions has become a difficult problem faced by many multinational corporations.In this case,the traditional decentralized cost management can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development because it can not yield the scale effect.It is urgent to explore some ideas and methods to optimize cross-regional cost management.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in maintenance cost management of multi-production sites in CVA company,the global leader in waste incineration industry,and with the help of many theories and some best practices in procurement and supply chain management,this paper attempts to explore some strategies and measures that can help CVA company to optimize the maintenance cost management.Through the one by one analysis of the three major components of the current maintenance cost-material procurement cost,service procurement cost and logistics cost one,this paper discovers the main problems existing in them.Then,through careful analysis of these problems,some targeted optimization schemes are explored,which can help CVA company significantly reduce the maintenance cost of each production site and improve its comprehensive management ability of maintenance cost.The methods adopted in the analysis and the final conclusions drawn in the paper can be used for reference by other enterprises in the industry,especially those in the top ranking of China's waste incineration industry,as well as for group companies with multiple production sites in other industries.
