Recently there are two trends challenge the traditional media broadcasting ways and marketing theory.Under the fast growing of Internet,many people and precision marketing platforms have emerged.This has resulted in a wide variety of Apps on the market,and some have very short life cycles.Under such pressures,how the new media platform stands out becomes a complicated case.Some platforms rely on big data and precision marketing to meet the individual needs of users and win the favor,the typical representative is N group.However,since the media has just started,there are still many problems in the initial stage of development.Therefore,it needs to be analyzed,to find out the disadvantages and solutions,and finally to achieve the purpose of precision marketing.This article will use N group as a research object to conduct research and study.Firstly it analyzes the current situation of N group.At the same time,it conducts in-depth research on users through questionnaire surveys,and analyzes the advantages of N group in precision marketing and its possible problems,to optimize and supplement the design of a precision marketing strategy.Its specific strategies are as follows: 1)Establish a clear market position,N group is a self-media platform for content for young groups;2)Clarify user needs,through data mining,user portraits,personalized recommendation three tools to understand user needs,enable the user Push personalized services;3)Keep the communication channels open,maintain two-way communication between the users and the platform by establishing communication tools and feedback channels;4)Provide value-added services,and improve customer satisfaction by providing knowledge and answering questions,and watching and buying services;5)Enhance manual review,strengthen review of content,and avoid violations.It is hoped that through the implementation of this series of strategies,it will be able to promote its popularity and market competitiveness to a certain degree,and it can provide certain directions for other platforms,thereby bringing new upgrades and vitality to the development of the media industry to promote economic and culture development.
