With the development of the economy,competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In this fiercely competitive environment,companies constantly update their management methods,and performance evaluation methods have gradually evolved from a single financial index evaluation system to a comprehensive evaluation system.Having a set of evaluation methods that are suitable for you and can efficiently evaluate your own performance can not only help companies find and improve their shortcomings in a timely manner,but also help companies to play their own advantages to occupy a place in the increasingly fiercely competitive market.At present,China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is affected by factors such as price reductions in bidding,and the industry's growth has gradually stabilized.In order for pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve their core competitiveness,it is important to build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation method.Under the new background,enterprises still use the original single financial indicator for performance evaluation,which may bring short-term profit behavior to the company,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the company.As a large state-owned enterprise in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,North China Pharmaceuticals,in the new situation,it is necessary to establish a new performance evaluation system that conforms to itself.This article adopts the case study method,selects North China Pharmaceutical as the case study,and uses the characteristics of economic value added and balanced scorecard to construct a new comprehensive performance evaluation system.The comprehensive performance evaluation system constructed in this paper is mainly based on the balanced scorecard as a large framework,and incorporates EVA as a financial indicator into the balanced scorecard,which to a certain extent makes up for the disadvantages caused by the balance scorecard ignoring capital costs.In the determination of weights,the quantification tool of AHP is used to determine the weights of each dimension index.Finally,the average value of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is used as a measure to score North China Pharmaceuticals,analyze the business conditions of North China Pharmaceuticals,and makecorresponding recommendations based on the analysis.Through the research on the construction and application of North China Pharmaceutical's comprehensive performance evaluation system,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,the comprehensive performance evaluation system makes the evaluation results more complete and true,which helps managers earnestly fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities,reduces moral hazard and adverse selection,alleviates conflicts of interest between owners and operators,and meets the requirements of accounting goals.Second,this article uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and analyze the weights of various indicators,so that managers can understand the relevant factors that affect the maximum value of the enterprise,solve problems that occur during the production and operation process,improve the management mechanism of the enterprise,and help For the sustainable development of enterprises.Third,the comprehensive performance evaluation system takes the maximization of enterprise value as the ultimate goal,the manager considers the problem from a global perspective,and decomposes the strategic goals layer by layer.The employees of the company are committed to the achievement of the overall goal by achieving small goals.In the past,performance evaluation systems usually used EVA or BSC alone for performance evaluation,and relatively few studies carried out combining EVA and BSC.The comprehensive performance evaluation system not only considers non-financial indicators,but also considers the cost of capital.It takes full advantage of both to achieve the purpose of comprehensive evaluation of corporate performance.Secondly,this article selects the pharmaceutical industry.Most of the research on the pharmaceutical industry is marketing logistics research.There is less research on the performance of the pharmaceutical industry.Even if there is,it uses more traditional performance evaluation methods.This article takes the performance research of North China Pharmaceuticals as an example.Based on the previous scholars' research,the performance evaluation system combining EVA and BSC is really used in the enterprise performance evaluation system.In this paper,the comprehensive performance evaluation system is constructed and applied to North China Pharmaceutical,with a view to providing a reference for Chinese pharmaceutical companies and guiding other companies to conduct reasonable performance evaluation.
