Since the reform and opening up,China is known as the "world factory",with outstanding achievements in manufacturing.However,in 2008,due to the continuous impact of the international financial crisis,manufacturing industry has become an important means for developed countries to seize the market.E-commerce,like a "dark horse",provides a new way for the export of manufacturing industry.It can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises,enhance r&d and innovation,change the way of product sales,and optimize the business process,so as to change the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry and play an important role in promoting the export advantage of manufacturing industry.The rapid rise of e-commerce has made great achievements,but also faced with the problem of continued development,how e-commerce will be applied to the real economy,what impact on the real economy,how to integrate with the real economy and other issues,all need to be further explored and studied.Based on the impact of e-commerce on the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry,this paper focuses on the impact of e-commerce on the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.Quantitative analysis was chosen in 2008-2017 data of 31 provincial administrative region in our country,the first step through the transaction level,infrastructure,human capital and industrial environment these four aspects to build e-commerce development level index system,then using principal component analysis(pca)to calculate the electronic commerce development of the national various provincial level index,the e-commerce of 2008-2017 in different regions of the comprehensive development level is further analyzed;The second step is to establish five panel data models to analyze the impact of e-commerce on the export competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and its influencing factors.Finally according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,aiming at the present stage our country electronic commerce application in manufacturing problems existing in the process of put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions have effect,e-commerce policies for the government and enterprises to develope-commerce development strategy,to realize our country electronic commerce and promote the coordinated development of manufacturing export competitiveness has certain practical significance.
