As an inland resources province,Shanxi is rich in mineral resources such as coal and iron and they are the important basis for the development of resource-based economic rise in Shanxi Province.In recent years,however,the economic development speed of Shanxi Province is slow,long-term formation of the economic development of resource-based deep-seated contradictions and problems highlighted increasingly,"trapped by coal due to coal" is the pattern of the long-term economic and social development in Shanxi.At present,the development of the national economy into the new normal,of Shanxi economic development speed,structure,pattern and quality are put forward new requirements.As the birthplace of Chinese civilization,Shanxi Province has rich culture,rich in tourism resources,through the ancient and modern,north and south,various,and both have major spiritual and cultural value,development prospect.Promote the development of cultural and tourism integration,has become a important breakthrough to promote the development of industry transformation of economy in Shanxi Province.Shanxi Cultural Tourism Group was established in August 2017.The group was restructured from several old state-owned enterprises in the province.In the initial stage of the establishment,it shouldered the dual tasks of enterprise development and state-owned enterprise reform.There are problems such as uneven industrial structure,weak cultural tourism foundation,lack of professional talents,and weak brand influence.In the increasingly fierce and urgent global market competition,the corporate competitiveness of Shanxi Cultural Tourism Group needs to be improved and strengthened.The article is studying on how to promote the competitiveness of the Shanxi Cultural and Tourism Group.First of all,to close to finishing a lot of travel group development strategy and enterprise competitiveness at home and abroad in recent years related literature,combining research into enterprise on the basis of this paper briefly introduces the development of Shanxi Cultural and Tourism Group and the problems existing in the management at present.Secondly,the macro environment of the enterprise are analyzed with the method of PEST analysis;Using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the enterprise internal environment,determine the advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi Cultural and Tourism Group;Finally use the Michael porter(Michael E.Porter)five models of comprehensive analysis of enterprise competition environment analysis.Through the research,Shanxi Cultural and Tourism Group is of obvious advantages in the province,but in domestic and even international competitive environment,the company in business development,resource integration,enterprise management,brand building problems,needs to further enhance competitive.Combining the reality of enterprises,this article put forward further highlight text brigade,its main business,optimize capital layout,build "cultural tourism" characteristic,based on the differentiation competition,expand the brand influence,enhance the marketing ability,improve the management level,activate the development of internal force,improve response ability,strengthen the risk prevention and control countermeasures and all suggestions in five aspects,comprehensively enhance the enterprise competitiveness of Shanxi Cultural and Tourism Group,and the wider more be a winner in the intense market environment.
