Evaluation Of Tourism Competitiveness Of Aid-the-poor Tourism Villages In Lanzhou And Selection Of Development Models Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Studying and promoting the important content of rural tourism in tourism science,agricultural economics and anti-poverty theory innovation and practice innovation is the basic condition for solving the "three rural issues" and building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is to comprehensively deepen reform and promote the modernization of state governance.The inherent requirements have important theoretical and practical significance.However,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the planning and development of rural tourism poverty-stricken villages in poverty-stricken areas has only started shortly,and there is a lack of quantitative research at the level of administrative villages,especially the development of poverty-stricken areas based on scientific research methods.The problem of choosing the appropriate rural tourism mode is even more inadequate.Therefore,the evaluation system of rural tourism competitiveness in poverty-stricken areas is constructed,the competitiveness of rural tourism in tourism poverty-stricken villages is studied,and the targeted opinions are put forward,which helps to improve the theoretical research of tourism competitiveness in rural tourism,and also for tourism poverty-stricken villages.Provide reference for competitiveness evaluation,and provide a theoretical basis for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and formulating development strategies.In response to the Policy of the Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Project Action Plan(hereinafter referred to as the “Program”)formulated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism(formerly the National Tourism Administration)and the Gansu Provincial Tourism Commission,this paper uses the “Scheme” for 47 key tourism in Lanzhou.The poverty alleviation village is the research object.By consulting the frontier journal literature and expert consultation scores in related fields at home and abroad,we finally selected six dimensions of infrastructure,resource endowment,policy guarantee,industrial innovation,agricultural participation and management operation to build a rural tourism competition in poverty-stricken areas.The force evaluation system collects data by means of reviewing yearbooks,field research,questionnaire collection,etc.,and uses expert consultation method,analytic hierarchyprocess,multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,etc.to realize tourism through yaahp,SPSS 20,ArcGIS10.5 and other software.The calculation,analysis and map display of the evaluation system of rural tourism competitiveness in poverty alleviation villages.Finally,combing the development process of rural tourism,summing up the main development modes of rural tourism in the context of rural revitalization strategy,the construction requirements of beautiful villages,characteristic towns,pastoral complexes,etc.,combined with the theory of point axis development and the development of large rural tourism.The idea is to propose two development models for the pastoral complex,two characteristic towns and seven beautiful villages for the selected case.
