With the continuous development of global economy,China’s economic growth has changed from high-speed to medium-high speed.In addition,with the change of China’s population structure,the country has been accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure,transforming from the previous extensive development mode of resources to the resource-intensive development mode.At the same time,people’s quality of life requirements continue to improve,longing for a better life.As an important symbol of the improvement of people’s life quality,traveling is getting more and more popular.At present,the governments of Guizhou province and Anshun city are vigorously promoting the development of tourism resources and constantly promoting the development of tourism industry.HZ tourism Management Company was established with the strong support of the local government.HZ tourism Management Company integrates scenic spot development planning and operation management.Mainly responsible for the planning,development,operation and management of tourist attractions in Anshun city.At present,the company has completed the development,has opened the operation of the scenic spot,SL scenic spot.Through the opening and operation of SL scenic spots,it is revealed that HZ Company currently has such problems as undistinctive tourism products,lack of professional talents and insufficient corporate publicity.As a result,the company lacks competitiveness in market competition.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts American scholar Michael e.porter’s five forces model and value chain analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the competitiveness of HZ tourism management company.The analysis finds that the industry competition of HZ tourism management company is fierce,and the SL scenic spots developed and operated by the company are not competitive in the market.Combining the reality of HZ tourism management company,in this paper,implement the differentiation strategy,enhance the competitiveness of the company,improve the decision-making level and management ability of the company,improve the marketing ability of the company,and improve the comprehensive quality of employees,so as to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of the company in the market.
